I am so going to cry as I type this post. I found out that I'm not very emotional, just particularly touchy on the certain subject, which happens to be the focus on this post yay me. I want to type everything I can remember and I don't care it's boring or whatever.
Last Saturday (29th March 2008) was one of the best days for me ever? I realised that a person doesn't really need a good camera to take good photos of events. You can have a shitty one, like me, and still take clear pictures! That is, if you're standing the front row, which I am anyway!
Empty stage (:
I left school at 1045 (even though my class was supposed to end at 1200) and reached there abbout 1130 but I got lost when finding Angie The Choice. They don't have a signboard la! After like 15 minutes of going round and round outside Carrefour, I collected the cake and went off to Fountain of Wealth.
I still stand by my point. Starhub sucks. The first 50 Starhub customers got to stand in the priority queue what the hell! Michelle and a few others, who reached there at 0730 was queuing as the 51st person and so on because they don't subscribe to Starhub. And hahaha, it so happens that I don't use a Starhub line and was forced to stand as the 584875687th person. All the way at the backkk! Like what the hell!
But I was being the smartest person ever, I borrowed Jesrene's phone and went to register with fake name, fake NRIC, fake telephone number and fake everything (which I think at least 25% of the people standing there used the same method)! They won't be able to find me hehehe. And since Wenxin, June and her were already at the first row (because they reached at 0730 too), I went to join them! :D Poor Meishen though, she couldn't find another Starhub phone in time ):
After that was random waiting, doing last minute stuff (including finding other Starhub phones) and went to and fro the non-priority queue. The backstage crew gave us mini boards of photos in the album for us to wave around. I got the one with the album cover, my favourite. Like everything I got (posters, etc) are all of the same picture, pretty! June got 3 of the boards lor. She's one lucky woman. How can you find a person to hug Aska for 4 times in just 2 days? *&%^(*^ really. Around 1230, before the autograph session, the host arrived and some 5 final constestants competed to win a duet with Aska.
I love her skin - no zits and everything. Either that, or her foundation is fabulous.Out of the 5 of them, I only remembered 2 of them because 1 of them was Andrew who sang
Dui Ai Ke Wang, happens to be in the group, and as for the second person, the reason is because he won with
Cun Ai, my favourite song! Our group cheered and screamed like crazy for Andrew yay. But he got second. Not bad, really!
At around 1300, Aska arrived and went backstage. I screamed even though I have not caught a glimpse of him yet. I don't know why but people around me were cheering! So I joined in the fun I guess. Nice to have people screaming with you! Anyway, he is prolly the first singer ever to reach on time? At least the only punctual one for those sessions which I went.
Took a last minute check and it was less than 5 minutes for him to go on stage. I swear the moment I saw him, I nearly fainted. Like finally, in person! Tanned, and tall (very tall), hot bod! And he look so much better in person! Very very good skin for the guys.
I was so lucky to be in the first row! People behind me grew taller by 20cm (like that time with Xing Guang 4 Shao -_-) but neh neh neh! My turn to block people!! :DDDDD
Super super hot! Like arm muscles or whatever your call them are like so toned and defined! And yeah, hot, toned, tall, tanned. Amazing to have them all in one person!
Chatted with the host for a while and he kept talking about the weather! Like how he loved it and how he was touched to have people standing in the blazing sun just for him. Aww, very sweet (: He was very shy though.
It was Peter's (the winner) to sing Cun Ai again when he was supposedly dueting , but he kept singing and singing and Aska was beside him, watching him sing. It's like Aska tried to sing but he doesn't give him a chance to ): I was like super pissed off because it is my favourite track! Of course I want to listen to my favourite singer to sing it what. But Aska's was nice though, he sang the chorus after Peter went off stage but he forgot the lyrics. Hehe super cute!
Still can't escape from the photographers even if you're at the front ): But hey! At least that shows how close I am to him! No zoom in-s at alll :DDDDD He sang

One Day and it's the first time I'm listening to his live version of singing and it rockkkkkks the world, the best ever! No pitch problem and everything :D When he sang
One Day, during the "wo men zhi jian hua tiao hong xian", he pointed to us because we had red threads on! Just like how he used to :D After that was the birthday celebration after that! Alright, maybe not celebration but we brought the cake and presents up! And hahaha. June asked for her second hug from Aska. Grr. The first was during the airport the day before. Why oh whyyy.
It was the time for autograph session and one of the disadvantages for being in front - you can't see him for a longer period of time D: But he was very very friendly and sweet! He shook hands with everyone and when it was my turn, I tried shook with the wrong hand so we kept exchanging hands until
we I got it right :D Really really cute! When I gave him my letter, which I had painfully wrote in Chinese, he said with a super big smile,
"哦，谢谢！你放心，我一定会读的，也不会把它丢掉!" Loosely translated into:
Oooh thank you! Don't worry, I'll read it and I won't throw it away! That was because I was dumb enough to paste a post-it note, asking him to read it. I can't be any denser -_-
Yes, that was my face. June thinks I rock for doing that :DI placed it in the Harry Potter file because my writing paper was apparently to hard to be folded and the envelope was there to indicate that was a letter :\ Why Harry Potter, I have no idea.
I scared myself because I didn't know I have that much to say to him. I've got more in my head but I've no paper left. That was my 4th time writing it because the first few were thrown away due to ugly handwriting or I keep wrting the wrong words, and I can't give him that shit.
After that, we waited for those who were behind and set off for Mac together but we forgotten all about Jerry! Turned out he went with all the other official/professional photographers and went to have Japanese food instead. Seems to be enjoying himself alot -_-
We went to the music showcase held at Zouk at 3 plus even though it starts on 5pm. During the time we're queuing, June got some call from UFM1003 and said that she can bring 8 people including her to the private meetup later in the night provided we (the 8 of us only) sing a chorus of any song from the album! LIKE TERRIBLY HAPPY BECAUSE WE WERE ALL SAD ABOUT UNABLE TO GO FOR IT!
While we were waiting in Zouk, June started to cry because she feels that we're very lucky as initially all the plans fell through after all the hard work, but everything fell back into place in the end. Only 250 people were allowed to be there (:
He was again, on time for the event but changed into another outfit - same colour scheme though, pink and black/grey and vest.
Yeah. Standing at the very front again :DI felt like crying while waiting for him to arrive, not being affected by June, but because for very very stupid reasons. It was like the fact that I'm able to see him so closely that I can count his pimples (and I'm not exaggerating), not that he's got any, but you get the drift, has sinked in. Finally.
He sang
Ge Zi, Yang Cong, Xin Fu De Feng, Bei Pan, Yu Tian, One Day, Xin Bu Liao Qing. Though those songs not in the album was sang without background music. And yeah, I cried with Xinlan during
Xin Fu De Feng or so and throuhout a few more songs. Ahahha. I didn't know that she was crying until I look at her and vice versa. One of contact lense nearly dropped off but it went straight into my eyelid -_- It's always my left eye grr definitely not the first time it went inside my eye. So I was more irritated trying to pry my eye open to get it out than scared that it will be stuck there forever.
It is good that I bring my saline everywhere I go (Y)
We sang birthday song for him again. In between the songs he performed, he said quite alot of stuff. Like how ironic that the showcase is held in a club because of some lame news saying that he brought some drunk girl from a club to some hotel -_- Which we all know, is mde up. And about he saw some guy at the autograph session earlier with the words bei pan on the back of his shirt and wanted to buy it. He joked about how he can print Dui Ai Ke Wang and other song titles from his album on shirts and wear them everyday to have the reporters say that he's trying too hard to publicise :D
He acted fierce in reply to some fake news with his hands on his hips, "不是说我脾气火爆，当街骂人吗？喔！不好意思，这好像是敏感的问题!" Cute cute cute!
Aska mentioned that he was kind of used to be the supporting character, like how it was depicted in Yang Cong. He almost cried when he said Afalean texted him once - If he is happier in Singapore and Malaysia than in Taiwan, why not just stay here instead? Aww. I like Xiaomei too, very very sweet. But he's not coming to Singapore! He went to Malaysia only ):

After the event ended, 5 lucky winners went backstage to take a photo with him. June was one of them and she asked for her 3rd hug -_-
June, Michelle, Xinlan, Joan, Meishen, Andrew, Wenxin and I headed to SPH :D Waited from early evening to 8.30pm was exhausting and we "practiced" Ge Zi and bahahhaaa. Sounded weird though!
When we were finally let in the room, it was freaking small! Like 2 to 2 and a half times of my bedroom. No wonder it was a private meetup thing. Including us, there's only like less than 30 people there? Not counting the crew that is. The host, UFM1003 DJ Ken made us sing the song we're gonna sing for Aska and he laughed so loudly! Like the 8 of us ended at a different timing and note which was well, terrible. But still!
He was being lame and he keep saying that Aska's already there in the other room but we don't believe him somehow. And he went out of the room to his room and made him speak "Da jia hao. Wo shi Yang Zong Wei~" and everybody screamed again. When he arrived, everybody screamed more crazily.
Did I mention that I was at the first row (again yay again yay), right in the middle (again yay again yay) and this time he's only 1 metre away from me?! And as I was sitting right smack in the middle of front row, directly in front of him, alot of eye contacts made ahhhhhh!
When I say I'm directly infront of him, I meant it. I had to like move behind to take this picture because I can't zoom out anymore :D

I hate myself at times because I'm superrrrr slow and dense and stupid. As I've said, alot of eye contacts were made right? There were like so many other times he looked at me but at those times I was doing random things like crapping with Andrew, looking at my fingernails and stoning. Looking at my fingernails and stonging! OMFGYBBQSKOF! What the hell was I thinking.

But anyway, it was really more like gathering than music showcase. He signed 5 posters and was asked to signed differently on each. There was a cute one with his self portrait on it and guess who won it?

I won it because we have to answer some question and the one on which does he likes to wear best when he was out and surprisingly no one got it right? I knew the answer and hehehee. The answer is slippers, shorts and singlet :D I got the chance to pick first, and of course I chose that! The rest was a normal one, another with letter a decorated, one with a weird flower and one with "& Pan" on it. Hughughug :DDDDDDDDDD
4 people got the chance to play some games like reading the lyrics as emotionally as possible. Xinlan was chosen as she answered other question correctly (was hugged also) and the host wanted another person to help her because not quite emotional enough? And hahaha. June was up. Win already la! Hugged for the 4th time -_-
But before the games part we had to sing the Ge Zi's chorus for him and made last minute plans to sing as the front part of the song and not the last part which we failed to do it successfully initially as mentioned just now -_- And while we were discussing, the host burst out laughing again! And said that we're like a choir because people sing in different notes and etc. But the official one wasn't bad though! At least we end at the same note and time :D And Aska sang the chorus for us too!
This 9 year old boy sang Bei Pan really really well! I didn't have a full shot of him because I don't like kids but he was really good! One of the better versions I've heard. But his 8 year old sister was worse though, none of the pictures has a trace of her but I don't like her at all so no lost :D But her imitating him singing means Xin Bu Liao Qing with a constipated look -_-
Sang the birthday song for him for the 3rd time and they prepared an icecream cake from Swensons.
But apparently the cake was too frozen to be cut like that and so ..
His butt was supposed to face me! But before I can react fast enought to switch on my camera and take a shot of it, he shifted his butt ): Wasted! I told this to Meiling and she said I was pervetic D: Anyway, he sliced the cake once (with much difficulty :D) and was brought behind to be cut and we were given a tiny piece each.
Just like to show off that I've got the best seat ever. Like I've said, super loads of eye contact made! And many occasions when he was looking at me but I was looking at somewhere else, or talking to others D: Wasted again!
He sang One Day again and everytime he sang the red thread part, we waved our hands. I still got mine on! And people asked me just now at school whether it was for religious purposes and I was like "..." :\ No it's not.
He touched on subjects like the made up news (bad temper, brought some drunk girl to some hotel, etc) and some messages for us and it was all very nice.
The whole session ended at around 2215 but we were sad to see him went off ): I am still very sad and can cry any moment I want to now that he's in Taiwan already. Ahhh.
Surprisingly, all the photos printed on the different newspapers with mass people in the background have traces of me, like my fingers (yes, only fingers), back of head, shoulder blade and only one has my tiny face? And I thought I did a good job in hiding.

My loot for the day. The poster with the cute drawing, the mini board AKA fan which they threw to us at Suntec, my SPH ticket, autographed album, red thread, some Zongwei board which we did earlier and my access-or-whatever-you-call-it pass (it doesn't do anything except you will get noticed by random strangers asking for more information -_-)!
