I am so stupid I can cry.

So yesterday night, I mistook one tiny bump on the cheek to be a milia seed and I took a pair of fine scissors, those you cut your hair with, use the sharp end to scratch and poke at it. While poking, I realise that it is not a milia seed but another ordinary little bump which will fade/disappear in a couple of days -_-

(And if anyone tried poking, one would realise that the bump doesn't feel like pimple, it can't be squeezed nor popped easily. I used the scissors because people use needles to poke milia seeds but eh, I'm much less afraid of the paper cutter than needles.)

Anyway, after choosing my well beloved weapon, I procceeded to treat the bump like milia for another 5 minutes. So when I decided to stop stabbing (weird but true) the sharp end into my skin as I realised I was much mistaken, it was too late -_- Even though the bump faded, it was replaced with this red, floaty patch of irritation. And bah, I was whining about my easily irritated skin condition at my previous post D:

Applied random creams and gels and whatevers on the spot out of desperation.

  1. Washed my face.
  2. Slapped a thicckkk layer of Jorubi aloe vera gel after that to soothe the irritation.
  3. Applied Cetaphil moisturising lotion next.
  4. I then dabbed The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil on it.
  5. Then Carmex which is said to relieve cold sores and chapped lips, even though irrelevant to the irritation.
  6. Prosacea Rosacea Treatment Gel which helps to reduce redness and bumps. My life saver everytime (Y)
  7. After that was Olay Definity Anti-Spot Treatment Night in case of scary pigmentation.
  8. Finally, I settled with GNC Vitamin E and slept.

And I woke up this morning only to have a scratch greeting me :D Even though I felt the scratch was quite deep (due to the stabbing obviously) and I was certain that it would still leave some sort of pigmentation, but at least no bumpy bumpy irritation whoooooo! I am not sure whether which of the 8 steps worked la, or maybe none worked at all (which means all those were unnecessary) but eh cannot take chances bahahha. So I'm happy, even though I'm stupid.

Oh die. I've 2 diploma modules to complete this December, starting from today ):
